Digital Marketing Case Study: Retail Bicycle Store

Facetime Presentations re-launched West Side Cycle's website and helped the bike store stand out from the crowd with authentic creative and a mobile friendly website.

The home page of the website offers customers a picture window view of the store with a large slideshow displaying bikes and accessories. Facetime Presentations retained a designer to create a digital logo, consistent with the store's exterior signage.  In addition to the logo a lifestyle illustration was used to anchor the website and social media pages with a friendly and inviting city bike message.  A video of the owner talking about bike safety was also produced for the website.   

To help market the new website, a Facebook site was created and a posting campaign launched.  Facebook posts focused on the store's Spring Bike collections, interesting bikes quotes and unique bike images. 
Google analytics is used to monitor traffic. The site's content management system (CMS) allows content to be refreshed by the owner.
